Participants in this workshop are introduced to a variety of stress relieving techniques. From mental exercises that sweep away extra anxiety and stress to physical exercises that are proven to reduce blood pressure and regulate heart rate, this interactive class gives participants a chance to try out various stress relieving techniques. By the end of the workshop, participants walk away with a customized Stress Less Action Plan that they can use the next time stress levels begin to skyrocket.
