Since taking part in the 30 Day Challenge I find myself being much more calm in reacting to my kids as well as issues that come up at work. The feature I liked the best about the 30 Day Challenge was how simplistic the tasks really were. It didn’t take much time out of my day to read, follow, and apply the advice to my everyday life. At the beginning of the Challenge, I took the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) Test and I scored a 22, 9 points over for my age. By the end of the challenge I took the PSS again and was shocked. I scored a 10!!! I am still experiencing the benefits of the challenge. I would absolutely recommend the 30 Day Challenge to others.
